Our Emergency Call Unit (ECU) is a cost effective option – offering both medical and personal safety assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. The ECU provides peace of mind knowing that loved ones are protected and can call for assistance at any time.*
Assistance when you need it most
The personal, waterproof pendant can be worn on the wrist, or around the neck. This means that if your loved ones experience an emergency, they will have instant assistance at the push of a button. If accidentally activated, the request can easily be cancelled by pressing the Cancel button on the ECU.
24 hour – monitoring means peace of mind
Should an emergency occur, a push of your personal waterproof pendant will alert our ADT monitoring centre. An ADT monitoring specialist will communicate through the ECU device to determine what type of assistance is needed. If we are unable to make contact through the two-way speaker on the device, we will follow the emergency procedures and alert your designated emergency contacts.
