Installing your NevaAlone
Our NevaAlone team will provide you with a free in-home installation and set-up.
We will also provide you with an overview of how the service works.
Alternatively, if you wish to set up your NevaAlone device personally, the unit comes with an installation guide.

How to use your NevaAlone
If you experience any emergency in or around the home, you can call for help using your personal alarm by either:
Pressing the HELP (red) button on the medical unit.
Pressing the HELP (grey) button on your Wristwatch / Pendant for 2 seconds.
The HELP (red) button will now flash slowly indicating the unit has called for help.
The ADT call centre will call you back through the NevaAlone unit to check on you.
Help will be dispatched in the form of an ambulance or a security patrol.
In the event of a false alarm, you can easily cancel the call by simply pressing the cancel button. This immediately cancels the call.
Emergency assistance from our highly-trained NevaAlone Support Team means we are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The pendant is designed to work in any room in virtually any home. It has a range of up to 100 metres, so you may also work in your garden.
Don’t worry if you press the pendant accidentally, you can press the cancel button or wait for our operators to contact you and let them know it was a mistake.
Both the pendant and wristband are water-resistant so it can go almost anywhere you might need it – including in the bath or shower.
You can take your medical alarm to your new home, just call us on 0800 111 238 and we will take care of it.
You will need to sign a contract for NevaAlone, this covers the 24 hour emergency response service and the rental of the unit.
